The Process

Permitting

(Step 1/7)

When in possession of any land development orders or county-state equivalent, we apply for all

permits, call in all necessary inspections, and provide all close out documents.

Site Strip

(Step 2/7)

We coordinate with the project owner/architect or engineer and carry out all necessary excavations, rough and final grade and all engineer grades.

Base Work

(Step 3/7)

When constructing the base, we set and install the material with all industry standard falls and finish

Surfacing and Color Coating

(Step 4/7)

Our playing surface consists of industry-leading cushioned and non-cushioned acrylic coatings that are genuine 100% acrylic sport surfaces. The surfaces we offer from our key distributors are Court Pace Rated (CPR) to IFT standards.

Fencing

(Step 5/7)

Our Tubular fencing is always installed to the American Sports Builder Standard and any local fencing code.

Lighting

(Step 6/7)

Using the design stage plan and the layout of the courts, we install a variety of LED lights to give players safe and adequate visibility.

The Final Walk Through

(Step 1/7)

Once the construction process is complete, we do a final walk through with the court owner. Once all documents are signed, we provide you with a full maintenance manual. A court resurface is needed every 3-5 years to ensure your court is maintained to the highest standard. We look forward to helping you build and maintain your courts for generations.
